Do you store my password?
No. SheetMiner uses Google sign-in for authentication, so we never store your password or any sensitive login credentials. All authentication is handled securely through your Google account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Your payment information is secure and never stored on our servers.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can change your plan anytime from your account page. Upgrades take effect immediately and your billing cycle resets to the date of the upgrade. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How many tokens does it cost to process a document?
Each page of a document costs 1 token to process. Once a document has been processed, you can extract data from it unlimited times at no extra cost. You can check your current token balance on your account page.
Do I lose my tokens if I cancel or change my plan?
No. Your tokens never expire and are always available until used, regardless of whether you upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan.
